Testimonials

On 10/16/2026 Addison L. had this to say:
Bob's Outlet made furniture shopping a fun experience! The store itself is wonderfully quirky, with a huge selection of furniture choices. Terry (assistant) is knowledgeable, and if she wasn't sure about something, she knew exactly where to look. She's down-to-earth and genuinely honest. I have a great deal of respect for the way she answered my questions and shared her opinions whenever I asked. At my age, I can tell when someone is simply trying to make a sale, and Terry was anything but that! With our slight disabilities, it was clear she genuinely cared about helping us find furniture we could easily get in and out of, and comfortably enjoy, rather than just selling us anything. That meant a lot to us. The prices, selection, and customer assistance were far better than at other places we'd gone to, and the delivery and setup were great!! Stop in and take your time. You won't be disappointed! We're not with our new couch and recliner!

On 8/16/2026 A B. had this to say:
Always excellent - selection, prices & service. Better than the big box chains in Madison. Repeat customer for years & alway recommend Bob's to anyone.

On 6/24/2026 Chris Sandler had this to say:
Bob's outlet is amazing. They are my FIRST STOP for furniture. They have brand name furniture for a deeply discounted price. They were able to order the exact couch we wanted and it was $300 - $400 less than if we ordered directly through the manufacturer store! Service was great and it's a small town family owned and operated business. They make you feel like family when you purchase from them. Bob's Outlet took awesome care of me, I'm extremely happy and will be doing business with them in the future!
